Location: Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel 26000 Sierra Center Blvd Lutz, FL 33559 Look for the signs for LTD and people wearing LTD name tags. Time: • Doors open at 7:30pm ET • No later than 7:15pm ET for all in-person IBOs (Please be on time so we can fill up the room and create the environment). • Have your guests arrive no later than 7:45pm. • All distant IBOs - PLEASE BE ONLINE READY TO GO NO LATER THAN 7:30PM Where to go: You can park anywhere in the parking lot. Please enter through the main hotel lobby. There will be someone there to greet you and any guests and guide you to where the meeting room is. Please register and have your guests register ahead of time so that the check-in process is seamless. Attire: IMPORTANT - Business Sharp (NO Jeans, NO sneakers, Please button down shirts....NO polos). Any IBOs or guests under dressed will be turned away at the door. Admission: PLEASE HAVE THE PROPER FORMS SIGNED/PAID before you arrive. You'll need to present your email confirmation that you registered and paid if you are an in-person IBO to the ladies up front. If you have a guest attending please fill out the form for them or please have them fill out the guest form prior to their arrival. Please make sure your guests give their name(s) and who invited them out to the ladies up front. Please let your coach/upline know if you have any questions.
