We commit to honor our role as a mentor and coach by always speaking truth, while giving sought out guidance, wisdom, and/or perspective, with the understanding that you also have the freedom to make your own decision whether it be regarding a life decision or a business decision. We will do our part to encourage, educate, provide a positive environment for growth and continue to keep our standards incredibly high, as examples in our life and our business. We will partner with you in your network development and business asset growth, according to the level of commitment, personal responsibility and ownership you meet on your end.
Our desire is to develop a friendship over time and we believe as we continue in our partnership with you, that most will certainly happen. However, our number one priority will always be to fulfill our role as your mentor/coach, so we want to make sure the boundaries and/or expectations of the relationship are set up front.
As a mentor and coach, part of our role is to encourage and pull the best out of you in order for you to become better, grow and have greater success. A friend often tells you only want you want to hear and a mentor/coach cares too much to let you stay where you are and tell you what you need to hear, in order to pull the greatness out of you or make corrections.
This leads to sometimes difficult and uncomfortable conversations that are not easy to have for both the mentor(s) and mentee(s), but if applied and well received, will in turn benefit you and your family, as well as your success in the areas of your business, life and finances and eventually your legacy.
Though we will fail and will never be perfect, we commit to always make decisions based on what is in the best interest for the people we are mentoring, as we strongly believe in putting people first over profit. We firmly believe in humility, authenticity, trust and transparency with honest and open lines of communication.
