Drama Free Life & Business

We have a drama free culture, free from back-biting and gossip. It is critical to the health of the organization to come in a mature manner and work through any issues that need to be addressed and resolved, together. This prevents drama and gossip from permeating through an organization and spreading negative, causing damage and unnecessary distraction, ultimately affecting both yours and others lives from moving closer toward one's financial/life goals and achieving what one wants to achieve.

If there is ever anything we or anyone else on the team say or do or that was said from a speaker on stage that you may have questions or concerns about, we ask that you address them directly with us, to work out a potential miscommunication or issue. Please keep in mind that this is intended to be kept within reason and not an opportunity for constant nit picking, looking for small or unimportant errors or faults, especially in order to criticize unnecessarily.

Depending on the situation, we will either want to schedule a face to face sit down or phone conversation because we value you as a person and as a partner, and want your voice to be heard, so you are able to provide context to the topic in question and we are able to have a non-threatening conversation and talk through it.

If applicable, we will follow up with a sit down including all parties involved, in order to have an open dialogue that is both peaceful and non-judgemental, privately amongst each other, and to ensure everyone feels safe to share, and for their voice to be respectfully heard, acknowledged, understood and valued. We find this to be the best and most effective way to dissolve conflict in a positive and constructive way, where everyone walks away feeling better, valued, understood and appreciated.

We walk away stronger business partners, teammates, leaders and friends. We believe deeply in creating a safe space where one is trusted to speak for themselves as mature adults, in order to not take away their voice or allow for any distortion of the narrative, by speaking on their behalf.

We commit to hearing all sides and listening with unbiased ears, and each of us that are present, will collaboratively seek to resolve the best possible plan of action that is both fair to everyone and extends grace to all. We believe in forgiveness, giving grace and always seeking the best in others and not first assuming the worst and taking offense like the rest of the world is oftentimes quick to do.

We are different and we hold ourselves to a higher standard in which we approach concerns and conflict with maturity and class. In order to impact the world, we must become what we wish to see. While we try to do our best to navigate and prevent conflict, we are all human, with all different personalities, so conflict and differences do arrive from time to time and we want you to be prepared for it by understanding the culture in which we handle conflict resolution.

Additionally, we maintain a professional environment where our language is free from profanity and offensive banter. In addition, we also have an alcohol free standard at all of our team events. Alcohol opens up the opportunity for inappropriate behavior, fights, etc. that we want to prevent from occurring in our environment.

We take great pride in protecting our culture, standards of excellence and core values because without them, there is no foundation to stand and build upon.
