General Mindset Standard: If it doesn't come directly from your mentor/coach, it is general information, not specific to your situation and/or what you currently need with what applies to your current business and life situation. If you ever hear anything from stage or from an upline or crossline that is different than the game plan you have with your mentor, check with your mentor for clarity.
Upline
Any person that you are on their business team, who was accepted into the program and launched before you, that eventually led to you.
Downline
Any person on your business team.
Crossline
Any person who is neither an upline or downline to you, but on the LTD team. This means they are in someone else's business, whether it is in another part of your upline's business or someone outside of it. You have no financial impact in each other's gains and losses in business.
Legs
Business personally sponsored by you.
Width
The personal businesses (legs) you have that are creating volume and getting a bonus check. To get a bonus check, they must be doing minimum of 100 PV/3%.
Depth
Anyone on your business team that is not personally sponsored by you.
Structure
The combination of both width and depth.
LOS
Line of Sponsorship / Everyone on your team.
LOS Secondary
The spouse or secondary person that shares the same LTD account as someone in your LOS.
Mentor/Coach
Your mentor/coach is the person who is currently directly working with you, mentoring and coaching you in business and in life. It is important to keep in mind that just because someone is in your upline, does not make them your mentor or coach. Any upline who is not working with you by helping you develop a team and/or mentoring you in life and in business, is similar to that of a crossline relationship and their role is to just be a friend.
